This is our way of saying thank you for your support as a member of CMT Australia. It is also a practical way that you can potentially manage any deterioration in your hand muscular strength. Whilst we don’t provide specific medical advice to individuals, we can pass on anecdotal comments as to the benefits of squeezing these balls, as experienced by your committee members who have road tested them over the past few weeks.  Please email and supply all member names who are receiving these items, remebering the limit of 2 balls per financial member household.
