The date for the Special General Meeting has been set as 19th August 2023 at 2.00pm. The meeting will be held through Zoom as provided for in Clause 37 of the current constitution. The nature of the business of the meeting is to put the following Special Resolution.
Proposed by Robert Twin and seconded by Dr Helen Burnie, “That the current constitution of the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association of Australia be replaced by the constitution circulated to members by posting it on the Association’s website www.cmt.org.au, or by post to those requesting this form of delivery, on 26th July 2023.”
