CMT Australia Victoria Support Group presents a Free Feldenkrais Session with Julieta Mateo

Commencing at 11.30am, Melbourne time,  in the comfort of your own home

The Feldenkrais Method was designed by Moshe Feldenkrais.  It is a universal system created for improving human life through coordinated movement, posture and sensations. 

The sessions are framed for you to explore with freedom and awareness, allowing yourself to learn how to pay attention to your actions. Slowing down, moving in your range of comfort and without pushing your limits are essential principles of this Method.

Benefits of practicing the Feldenkrais Method:

Improved range & efficiency of movement. More flexibility, fluidity & ease in all you do.  Improves the capacity to breathe freely. Provides a greater sense of relaxation & well-being.  Improves sleep and increases vitality.

About Julieta Mateo: 

Julieta comes from Argentina, via Spain. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher with more than 15 years of experience and a certified Awareness Through Movement Feldenkrais teacher. Julieta is now based in Australia leading workshops around the world combining Yoga and Feldenkrais techniques. Her passion is to share and explore this new perspective of thinking, sensing and moving, embracing the natural instinct that lives in everyone, allowing access to a better quality of life.
